Our beautiful clubhouse over looks a large field and a private pond. It features a large hall, complete kitchen, separate men and women facilities, and much more. This is the perfect location for your special event. All renters must sign a rental agreement and must be completed in person.
3 Hour Rental: $50 (Association Residents Only) or $125 (Non-Residents)
5 Hour Rental: $75 (Association Residents Only) or $150 (Non-Residents)
8 Hour Rental: $100 (Association Residents Only) or $200 (Non-Residents)
NOTE: We allow an additional 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for cleanup. Additional hours not described herein may be granted for an additional fee.
Per the Town of Plainfield Fire Marshal, room capacity is 78 persons when using chairs and tables or 150 persons when standing or using just chairs. If you're planning a wedding or similar event and using a DJ, you can comfortably seat 64 persons using 8 tables and still have a dance floor.
